Terms of Service — Camelot Travel

By accessing or using Camelot Travel websites, mobile applications, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Engage in fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
  • Interfere with the operation of the Services

3. Booking Terms

All bookings are subject to the supplier’s own terms and conditions. Camelot Travel acts as an intermediary between you and the travel supplier. Prices, availability, and terms can change without notice until your booking is confirmed and paid.

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. All prices are quoted in the currency selected at checkout. Additional fees, taxes, or surcharges may apply and will be disclosed before payment.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by supplier and fare type. You may cancel or modify bookings through your account dashboard or by contacting us 24/7. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on the Services are owned by Camelot Travel or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any portion without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Camelot Travel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or transportation failures. Affected obligations are suspended for the duration of such events.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Camelot Travel, its affiliates, officers, and employees from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation with our support team. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Virginia, USA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Camelot Travel regarding the Services.
