All bookings are subject to the supplier’s own terms and conditions. Camelot Travel acts as an intermediary between you and the travel supplier. Prices, availability, and terms can change without notice until your booking is confirmed and paid.

4. Payment & Pricing

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. All prices are quoted in the currency selected at checkout. Additional fees, taxes, or surcharges may apply and will be disclosed before payment.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by supplier and fare type. You may cancel or modify bookings through your “My Trips” dashboard or by contacting us 24/7. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on the Services are owned by Camelot Travel or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any portion without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Camelot Travel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
